Packet for Council showed revenues higher (not lower) than projections thus far -
Klassen:  "Your lower mill levy is collecting more
dollars"

Shannon:  "That is a good thing but there is...it is
unrealistic to assume too much this early"

Klassen:    "Than isn't it premature" [to raise the
mill levy in anticipation of a shortfall].

Shannon:   "Now is a good time since the
developer is willing"

Klassen:     "Could you collect too much?"

Shannon:   "I can hardly imagine that"
