HB 1313 is a terrible bill. I tried to call Don's capital office but got a stupid answering machine telling me to leave a message. Instead, I want to leave my message here since I know the Reporter-Herald won't print the comment.

Colorado 2007 - The Republicans - Don Marostica
Don Marostica has made it know he believes illegal immigrants in the United States of America have the same rights as legal American citizens.

He has made this known by his support of House Bill 1313, which would allow illegal immigrants a driver's license, among other things.

Don Marostica is the Republican Party of Larimer County. If you do not support his decision the time to leave the Republican Party has arrived.

Yeah but his #1 issue when running for office was to get tough on immigration. The Republican rank and file supported him because his mailers, tv ads and radio commercials reflected their views -- apparently not his.

He is a very cynical and dishonest individual. He and Tim Fritz really believe (and could be right) that the Republicans of Larimer County will not make him accountable for those false campaign promises. The party leadership has taken a turn for the worse but I don't believe the rank and file are with them.

In many other places dishonest candidates with money can't easily get elected. Republicans in Larimer County just need to wake-up and throw these clowns out of office.
